Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
  • Strong grasp of general ledger mechanics and close cycles
  • Proven experience with reconciliations and analytical review
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.)
  • Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas—bonus points for advanced capabilities)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in complex or multi-entity environments
  • Exposure to audits, internal controls, or SOX frameworks
  • Involvement in ERP upgrades, implementations, or system improvements
