Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Manage general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close activities
Assist with preparation of financial statements and related reporting
Support accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations as needed
Help maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
Collaborate with client teams to deliver high-quality results and solutions
Prepare supporting schedules and assist with audit preparation

Requirements:

2-3+ years of staff accounting or related accounting experience (public or corporate accounting)
Experience performing month-end close and preparing reconciliations
Proficiency in accounting software (such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks)
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and effectively communicate with stakeholders
