Job Responsibility

  • Manage general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close activities
  • Assist with preparation of financial statements and related reporting
  • Support accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations as needed
  • Help maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
  • Collaborate with client teams to deliver high-quality results and solutions
  • Prepare supporting schedules and assist with audit preparation

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of staff accounting or related accounting experience (public or corporate accounting)
  • Experience performing month-end close and preparing reconciliations
  • Proficiency in accounting software (such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks)
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and effectively communicate with stakeholders
