Staff Accountant

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Prepare and post journal entries for routine and complex transactions
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including timely processing and recording of invoices
• Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Assist in payroll processing and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards
• Support corporate tax preparation and filing by gathering necessary documentation and ensuring accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely completion
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel tools to streamline reporting and data analysis
• Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to special projects as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of general accounting experience in a detail-oriented setting
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax processes and compliance
• Familiarity with general ledger systems and financial reporting tools
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
