Staff Accountant

• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Record and review journal entries to uphold the integrity of the general ledger
• Manage month-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and financial reporting
• Assist in managing the healthcare revenue cycle by analyzing financial data and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Work collaboratively with team members to support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor cash flow and provide insights to support decision-making
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of accounting procedures and internal controls

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role
• Proficiency in bank reconciliations and general ledger management
• Strong knowledge of journal entries and month-end closing procedures
• Experience working with Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics is highly preferred
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders

Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle processes is a plus
