Staff Accountant

• Prepare and record journal entries, including sales batches, accruals, deductions, and prepaids
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities to ensure accurate reporting
• Reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts to maintain financial accuracy
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely processing and collections
• Adhere to relevant regulations, policies, and internal controls while assisting in their maintenance
• Provide system-related support to resolve accounting issues and enhance operational efficiency
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process by preparing relevant financial data and reports
• Assist in audit preparations and collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to support organizational goals
• Take on additional tasks, projects, and reconciliations as assigned to support the accounting function

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting
• Proficiency in accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Oracle
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
• Familiarity with month-end close processes and financial reporting

Experience in the manufacturing industry or similar environments is a plus
