Job Description:

Staff Accountant position at Inn at the Mission San Juan Capistrano Autograph Collection, responsible for maintaining financial records, processing financial transactions, and ensuring accuracy of financial documents.

Job Responsibility:

Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents
Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data
Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports
Complete period-end closing procedures and reports
Process customer tax exemptions following government regulations
Review, reconcile, and process credit card vouchers and advance deposits
Monitor and audit gift certificate and incentive award redemption activity

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
