Job Responsibility:
Review and update contract information in the Workday system to ensure accuracy and completeness
Perform initial data validation and conduct quality checks to maintain high standards
Assist with following up on contract-related documentation and ensuring timely completion
Provide administrative support to address backlog and streamline processes
Conduct bank reconciliations and account reconciliations with precision
Validate contracts and data entries in Workday to uphold consistency
Prepare journal entries and manage related adjustments
Maintain and update the general ledger to reflect accurate financial records
Collaborate on corporate tax return preparation and compliance
Support sales tax calculations and reporting as needed
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of corporate tax regulations and compliance
Experience with sales tax calculations and reporting
Proficiency in preparing corporate tax returns
Skilled in creating and managing journal entries
Familiarity with maintaining and reconciling the general ledger
Attention to detail and ability to perform accurate data validation
Previous experience with Workday or similar systems is preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills
