Job Description

Our company is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team on an ongoing basis. This position provides the opportunity to contribute to essential accounting functions and work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and post journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Support preparation of financial statements and internal reports
  • Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting
  • Perform variance analysis and research account discrepancies
  • Support other finance and accounting tasks as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
