Job Responsibility:

  • Own the accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) process—high volume, high impact
  • Prepare and post journal entries that keep financials on point and audit-ready
  • Tackle account reconciliations and keep the general ledger spotless
  • Help drive the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close—your work will directly drive business results
  • Be a champion for process improvement and best practices across the organization
  • Collaborate with motivated teammates and gain visibility across departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • At least 1 year of hands-on accounting experience, ideally where AP/AR is fast and furious
  • Deep understanding of core accounting functions: AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations
  • Detail-obsessed, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proven integrity and professionalism—you value confidential data
  • Microsoft Excel whiz
  • familiarity with accounting software is a definite plus
