Job Responsibility:

Own coding accuracy and journal entries for a super-efficient month-end close (8 days—you’ll feel that win every cycle)
Master daily bank recs, post and release vendor payments, and lead all things banking at month end
Dig into the numbers: analyze, audit, and ensure every dollar is in its right place
Collaborate cross-functionally—everyone knows your name here, and you’ll be integral to the team
Support annual audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations
Recommend ways to level up accounting processes and internal controls—your ideas are welcome
Step up: help train staff, ensure strong controls, and grow into a team lead role as we grow

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Accounting (MBA or MACC is a sweet bonus)
2+ years GL accounting experience—you know your way around a close, fixed assets, and banking transactions
Strong communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions or share insights
Detail-obsessed, with stellar organizational and time management skills
Pro in Microsoft Office
if you know Business Central, even better
