Staff Accountant

• Perform general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• support month-end and year-end close processes
• assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, and balance sheet reviews
• manage bank reconciliations and support cash flow tracking
• handle inventory and cost accounting entries and reconciliations
• process and review AP and AR transactions as needed
• assist with audit preparation and documentation requests
• collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate financial data

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-5 years of accounting experience
• manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• working knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting practices
• experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas)
• excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• ability to work both independently and collaboratively
