Job Responsibility

  • Perform thorough bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
  • Maintain and review balance sheet accounts to support financial accuracy and compliance
  • Record and analyze debits and credits while ensuring proper categorization
  • Prepare and manage general ledger entries to support seamless financial operations
  • Utilize accounting systems and software to verify and maintain data integrity
  • Assist with month-end closing processes and generate basic financial reports
  • Leverage technology to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and support financial accuracy

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred
  • Strong knowledge of fundamental accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms
  • Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new financial systems and tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Capability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage time effectively
