We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our client's team in Rogers, Arkansas. Job Responsibility:

Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of financial activities
Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger while ensuring compliance with accounting standards
Support month-end close procedures by analyzing financial data and preparing reports
Utilize advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, to analyze and present data effectively
Conduct thorough reconciliations of accounts to maintain financial accuracy and integrity
Apply analytical skills to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement
Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and financial reporting needs
Demonstrate flexibility and learning agility to adapt to new challenges and systems

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
2-3 years of accounting experience, or relevant internships for recent graduates
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience with reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
