Job Responsibility

Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and resolving discrepancies
Oversee accounts payable activities, such as verifying and coding bills, scheduling payments, and handling federal AP-related tasks
Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting
Utilize accounting systems to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations
Provide occasional HR support by processing paperwork, managing benefits forms, and maintaining employee files
Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and provide management support
Handle daily invoice volumes ranging from 25–30 during normal periods and up to 70 during peak seasons
Support compliance with government contracts and ensure accurate documentation
Assist in the preparation of tax filings, including corporate tax returns and sales tax
Maintain confidentiality and reliability while performing all assigned tasks
