Staff Accountant

• Analyze financial and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact organizational performance
• Prepare and review journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
• Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports
• Evaluate and account for capital expenditures, depreciation, and related financial impacts
• Leverage automated reporting tools to streamline data collection and improve forecasting accuracy
• Provide insights into financial results to support operational improvements and strategic decision-making
• Develop and present financial plans, reports, and analyses to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Ensure quality control of all financial transactions and reporting processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to align financial goals with business objectives
• Collaborate with the Financial Controller to enhance and refine accounting and reporting processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, including general ledger management and financial statement preparation
• Proficiency in month-end and year-end close processes
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to diverse stakeholders
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Experience with specific accounting software platforms is preferred
