Job Responsibility:
Prepare and review corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Calculate and process sales tax payments with accuracy and timeliness
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure financial records are up-to-date
Create and post journal entries to support accurate financial reporting
Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to verify transaction accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Develop and manage depreciation schedules for fixed assets
Utilize SAP software to streamline accounting processes and generate detailed financial reports
Collaborate with the finance team to support audits and reporting requirements
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies in all financial tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in corporate tax preparation and sales tax processing
Strong knowledge of general ledger maintenance and journal entry creation
Proficiency in SAP software for accounting and financial reporting
Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Familiarity with developing depreciation schedules for fixed assets
Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
