Job Description:

Staff Accountant position for someone friendly, flexible, and who loves taking initiative. The role involves various accounting responsibilities including maintaining financial records, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain capital lease and monthly payment schedules
Maintain fixed asset ledger, depreciation, and reconciliation
In-depth experience with month end balance sheet account reconciliations
Perform month end close, journal entries, with minimum supervision
Recurring journal entries maintenance and reconciliation
Intercompany billings, transactions, and reconciliation
Analyze and coordinate a variety of financial data, and report it in a useful and understandable manner

Requirements:

2 years accounting experience or recent college graduate with a desire to learn and grow in accounting
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of tasks
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or other basic software tools
