Job Responsibility:
Prepare and review corporate tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
Manage sales tax filings and maintain proper documentation for tax purposes
Record and reconcile journal entries to maintain accurate financial records
Oversee the general ledger and ensure all accounts are balanced and up-to-date
Collaborate with internal teams to support audits and financial reporting processes
Analyze financial data and provide insights to assist in decision-making
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and compliance with tax laws
Identify and implement improvements to streamline accounting processes
Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews
Provide support for month-end and year-end closing activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in corporate tax preparation and compliance
Strong knowledge of sales tax regulations and filing procedures
Proficiency in managing journal entries and general ledger accounts
Familiarity with accounting standards and financial reporting practices
Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data accurately
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain organized and accurate records
Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
