Job Description

Our team is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support the day-to-day financial operations of our organization. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with month-end close activities. Job Responsibility

  • Perform daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and supporting schedules
  • Maintain documentation for audits and support internal accounting controls
  • Participate in billing, payroll management, and cash management tasks as needed
  • Help analyze financial data and provide meaningful reporting to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Microsoft D365, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt and learn new processes in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

Experience with data analytics or tools like PowerBI, Python, or SQL a plus
