Job Description:

Robert Half Contract Finance and Accounting division is partnering with a hospitality organization in Stateline seeking a Part-Time Staff Accountant to provide immediate support during peak seasonal operations. This is a short-term opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, transactional accounting work in a structured, on-site environment. This role is 2 days a week for about three months

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Support transactional accounting activities tied to daily operations
  • Complete account reconciliations with a high level of accuracy
  • Assist with maintaining clean and organized financial records during peak volume
  • Collaborate with the Senior Accountant on-site to ensure timely close support

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Staff Accountant or similar accounting role
  • Strong background in reconciliations (bank and general ledger)
  • Comfortable working in a transaction-heavy environment
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently on assigned days

Nice to have:

Experience with NetSuite preferred
