Staff Accountant

• Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks
• Reconcile bank and cash accounts, including prepaids and sub-ledgers
• Support month-end close by posting journal entries and preparing financial reports
• Process payroll and assist with vendor invoice management
• Post and categorize credit card activity and maintain accurate P&L records

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, ideally in a Staff Accountant role
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks
• Sage Intacct experience is a plus
• Solid understanding of the general ledger and month-end close process
• Experience handling payroll and vendor transactions
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to manage detailed financial data
