Staff Accountant

• Accurately processing customer credit applications
• Maintaining precise records of customer credit
• Resolving customer inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary
• Handling accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Conducting bank reconciliations
• Maintaining the general ledger and preparing journal entries
• Assisting with month-end close procedures
• Utilizing NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required
• Proficient in the use of accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP
• Demonstrated experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Skilled in conducting bank reconciliations
• Capable of managing the general ledger
• Proficient in creating accurate journal entries
• Experience in performing month-end close procedures
• Background in the Hi Tech Engineering industry is desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adherence to detail oriented ethics and confidentiality
