Job Description:

We have partnered with an excellent client on their Staff Accountant position. Salary for the role is $70k-$85k DOE and once converted, will receive full benefits. Role is onsite-4 days a week.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare month end close journal entries in accordance with US GAAP
  • Manage automated weekly bank reconciliations and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare and record monthly payroll, benefits, treasury, and debt activity to the general ledger
  • Prepare weekly cash flow forecast
  • Manage integration process between Sage Intacct and ADP as well as Sage Intacct
  • Assist with driving processes improvements
  • Prepare appropriate audit support for transactions and assist with external audit preparation
  • Support corporate Accounting and Finance team with ad-hoc analysis or projects
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers in person, on the phone, or when answering or referring any inquires
  • Participates in staff meetings and workgroups by providing constructive input for process improvements and solutions
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting required
  • At least two (2) years of experience in accounting preferred
  • Sage Intacct experience preferred
  • Experience with fast-growing multi-site organization, preferably Healthcare related
  • US GAAP experience, preferred
  • Financial reporting experience preferred
  • CPA eligible highly preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction
