Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end close processes
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
Support senior finance professionals with audit preparation, internal controls, and technical accounting projects
Optimize processes and contribute to system implementations, upgrades, and workflow improvements
Quickly adapt to diverse client environments, collaborating with finance teams to bridge critical workforce gaps or complete key initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of relevant accounting experience (public or corporate)
strong understanding of GAAP
Proficiency in Accounting/ERP software (e.g., Microsoft D365, SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Workday)
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Adaptable, results-driven, and able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced project settings
