Job Responsibility:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end close processes
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Support senior finance professionals with audit preparation, internal controls, and technical accounting projects
  • Optimize processes and contribute to system implementations, upgrades, and workflow improvements
  • Quickly adapt to diverse client environments, collaborating with finance teams to bridge critical workforce gaps or complete key initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of relevant accounting experience (public or corporate)
  • strong understanding of GAAP
  • Proficiency in Accounting/ERP software (e.g., Microsoft D365, SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Workday)
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Adaptable, results-driven, and able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced project settings
