Staff Accountant

We are partnering with a well-established and highly respected CPA firm in the Greater Springfield area that is continuing to grow and looking to add accounting professionals to its team. The firm is open to a variety of experience levels, but is currently targeting: Staff Accountant (Audit & Accounting Focus) – 2-5 years' experience. Why consider this opportunity? Main responsibilities include: Audit, review, and compilation engagements; Financial statement preparation; Client-facing accounting and advisory work; Exposure to a variety of industries and engagement types; Direct involvement in client meetings and presentations. Ideal background: 2-5 years of public accounting experience; Audit and accounting experience; Strong communication and client relationship skills; CPA or CPA-track preferred.
