Job Responsibility:
Prepare and review corporate tax returns to ensure compliance with regulations
Manage sales tax filings and resolve any related discrepancies
Record and maintain accurate journal entries to support financial reporting
Oversee general ledger activities, including reconciliations and adjustments
Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency
Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of financial data
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review
Research and apply tax laws to ensure compliance with local and federal requirements
Provide support during budgeting and forecasting activities
Respond to inquiries regarding financial transactions and documentation
Requirements:
Proven experience in corporate tax preparation and compliance
Strong understanding of sales tax regulations and processes
Proficiency in managing corporate tax returns and related documentation
Expertise in recording journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts
Familiarity with financial audits and reconciliations
