Job Responsibility

Participate in the monthly close process, ensuring financial data is reconciled, documented and reported timely
Assist with monthly/quarterly revenue and cost of revenue close procedures, including reconciliations, allowance for doubtful accounts and bad debt expense calculations
Assist with accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and payment runs, and manage monthly expense report review/upload for US employees
Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations based on supporting schedules
Reconcile monthly bank activity and post related journal entries
Support with Fixed Asset subledger activities, including additions, disposals, depreciation, and reconciliation to the GL
Partner with internal teams to ensure accuracy of customer information, including reconciling customer accounts
Maintain adequate internal controls within the accounting processes to ensure well-documented, accurate and timely financial reporting
Provide backup support for accounting operations as needed
