Job Responsibility

  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and quickly investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Partner with Controllers and Operations teams to ensure smooth financial processes
  • Identify and correct transactional errors while maintaining accurate financial records
  • Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations to ensure integrity of financial data
  • Follow up on outstanding items and drive timely resolution
  • Assist with month-end close through journal entries, accruals, and reporting
  • Support audit requests by gathering and organizing required documentation
  • Create ad hoc reports and analyses to support business decisions
  • Contribute to process improvements and help enhance overall accounting efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution
  • At least 2 years of detail-oriented experience in accounting or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated understanding of corporate tax, sales tax, and related financial regulations
  • Experience with preparing journal entries and managing general ledger activities
  • Knowledge of month-end close processes and financial statement analysis
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
