Job Description:

Join a dynamic team and make an immediate impact! We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant for a growing accounting apartment. Reporting to the Controller, you will play a critical role in supporting the accounting department through accurate data entry, financial analysis, and the preparation of key reports.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and post journal entries, including payroll and revenue transactions
  • Reconcile various general ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy
  • Analyze and prepare monthly financial statements for internal use
  • Develop and complete supplemental schedules for month-end reporting packages

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
  • Two or more years of relevant accounting experience, including experience with journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
