Staff Accountant

• Manage full cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with company guidelines and industry standards
• Conduct and post adjusting entries, including depreciation, amortization, prepaids, and accruals
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all month-end and year-end close activities
• Assist with financial analysis, forecasting, and process improvements
• Support internal and external audit requests as needed
• Collaborate effectively with operations and other internal teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 -3 + years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS functions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Familiarity with ERP accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
