Staff Accountant

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with precision and efficiency
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to ensure accurate financial records
• Perform month-end reconciliations and prepare financial statements for review and analysis
• Conduct thorough reviews of financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
• Handle special accounting projects as directed by management
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and support organizational goals
• Utilize cost accounting methods to optimize financial operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis
• Assist in the integration and use of accounting software such as Quickbooks

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting roles with a focus on attention to detail
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team
• Familiarity with accounting software is preferred but not required
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices
