Staff Accountant

• Reconcile tax data by cross-verifying entries and resolving discrepancies to ensure accuracy
• Monitor and update tax exemption statuses, ensuring all documentation is complete and current
• Prepare and submit detailed quarterly and annual tax reports in a timely manner
• Identify and address challenges in tax reconciliation processes using financial expertise
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with tax laws and standards
• Conduct research on changes in tax regulations and incorporate findings into company policies
• Assist with routine audits of financial transactions and reports to maintain transparency
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and compliance
• Generate and present comprehensive reports on financial forecasts, trends, and budgets

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred but not required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax accounting or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Proven skills in reconciliation, data analysis, and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, and familiarity with accounting software and tools like SAP
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively
