Staff Accountant

• Perform account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Complete account reconciliations with attention to detail and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close procedures, including preparation of journal entries and financial reporting
• Review and maintain the general ledger, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and accounting standards
• Support internal audits and provide documentation as needed
• Contribute to process improvements and streamline accounting functions for greater efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Proven experience with account analysis, account reconciliation, and month-end close processes
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
