Job Description:

Staff Accountant position with a locally-owned real estate and construction company in Southern Maine. The role involves full-cycle accounting through month-end close, working with QuickBooks and Advanced Excel, and handling AP/AR and reconciliation.

Job Responsibility:

Full-cycle general ledger accounting
Month-end close processes
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Account reconciliation

Requirements:

2+ years accounting experience
Full-cycle general ledger through month-end close
QuickBooks and Advanced Excel
AP / AR and reconciliation
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical abilities with a focus on problem-solving
Ability to work on-site in Old Orchard Beach, Maine
