Staff Accountant

• Handle accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments
• Perform accounts receivable tasks and payables tasks
• Utilize QuickBooks Online to record journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Assist in payroll tasks, including supporting third-party payroll systems
• Prepare accurate financial reports by leveraging Excel tools like pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless financial operations
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Contribute to improving processes and workflows for enhanced efficiency
• Provide backup support for various accounting functions when needed

• At least 2 years of accounting experience with a focus on accuracy and detail
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial transactions
• Strong knowledge of journal entries and general ledger maintenance
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
