Job Responsibility:
Process accounts payable invoices and expense reports
Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy
Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor and customer records
Scan and maintain documents and files
Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related inquiries and discrepancies
Perform ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
2-3 years of related accounting/finance experience
Thorough understanding of the AP/AR processes
Familiarity with journal entries and related accounting practices
