Job Description:

Opening for a Staff Accountant seeking a company they can grow in. The right Staff Accountant for this role is someone achievement-oriented and focused on their work.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with the period-end close process by reviewing and completing assigned period-end functions while also performing reconciliations and maintaining documentation related to balance sheet accounts
Perform period over period and year over year variance analysis for expense accounts
Reconcile various balance sheet accounts on a periodic/quarterly basis
Prepare period end journal entries
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Prepare reports for external departments

Requirements:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Blackline or ADP a plus
