Staff Accountant

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• Provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Implement and maintain internal controls to streamline accounting processes
• Supervise staff accountants and mentor junior team members

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred but not required
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a senior role
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
