Job Description

Our client is looking for a sharp, high‑performing Staff Accountant—perfect for someone coming out of Big 4, a strong regional firm, or a mid-size corporate accounting team who’s ready to take on broader ownership and faster growth. This role supports multiple entities and offers hands‑on exposure across core accounting areas.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle daily accounting for multiple entities, including partnerships and structured organizations
  • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and accurate general ledger activity
  • Manage intercompany activity, eliminations, and supporting documentation
  • Oversee fixed asset accounting, including tracking and depreciation
  • Support month‑end close, financial statement prep, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
  • Work in NetSuite (or similar ERP) to drive clean, efficient processes
  • Analyze financial data, troubleshoot variances, and improve workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years in public accounting (Big 4 or regional) or industry accounting
  • Strong GAAP knowledge and solid technical foundation
  • Multi‑entity experience is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • ERP exposure (NetSuite is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to juggle priorities
