Staff Accountant

• Manage the preparation and posting of journal entries to maintain the accuracy of the general ledger
• Perform monthly reconciliations for bank statements and financial accounts
• Contribute to the creation of financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Maintain records of fixed assets and oversee depreciation schedules
• Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company accounting policies
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document organization, and filing
• Deliver courteous and efficient customer service by addressing inquiries promptly
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting preferred, with a focus on detail-oriented tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, such as QuickBooks or NetSuite
• Familiarity with Business Central is advantageous
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently as needed
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
