Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and review corporate and income tax filings to support timely and accurate compliance requirements
  • Manage sales tax processes, including tracking taxable activity, maintaining records, and assisting with related filings
  • Record journal entries and reconcile account activity to ensure the accuracy of monthly financial results
  • Maintain the general ledger by reviewing transactions, correcting discrepancies, and supporting close activities
  • Assist with tax-related account analysis and documentation for audits, reporting, and internal review
  • Partner with internal teams to gather financial information needed for tax calculations and statutory reporting

Requirements

  • Experience supporting corporate tax and income tax return preparation
  • Working knowledge of sales tax rules, filings, and related documentation requirements
  • Ability to prepare and post journal entries with strong attention to accuracy
  • Understanding of general ledger structure, reconciliations, and month-end accounting processes
