Staff Accountant / Sr.

• Set up and manage prepaid accounts using Multiview tools to streamline financial operations
• Establish and maintain the Fixed Asset module, including capital accounting and reporting
• Review general ledger account activity to ensure proper coding and develop clear guidelines for future entries
• Conduct an overall assessment of Multiview system setup and recommend best practices for optimization
• Track cash and investments, forecast financial needs, and create decision tools for cash transfers
• Assist in budget preparation, including the development of tracking documents and key performance indicators
• Codify purchasing and accounting policies to ensure consistent and efficient processes
• Reconcile vendor credits, process statements promptly, and address any discrepancies
• Evaluate inventory setup to ensure accuracy and compliance with best practices
• Support tax-related activities, including corporate tax returns and sales tax reporting

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Proficiency in Multiview accounting software is mandatory
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex spreadsheets and analyze data
• Strong knowledge of general ledger management and journal entry preparation
• Experience with fixed asset accounting and reporting
• Familiarity with budget management and financial forecasting
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required
