We are looking for a skilled Staff Accountant II to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to contribute to a local university's finance office. The ideal candidate will excel in managing financial tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all assigned responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process and manage accounts payable transactions with attention to accuracy and timeliness
  • Oversee accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and payment tracking
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial records align with account balances
  • Handle various accounting duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with organizational policies

  • Collaborate with team members to support budget preparation and tracking

Requirements:
