Job Responsibility

Lead the day-to-day central planning for Safety Operations across specific EURO 2028 venues, acting as the internal expert on a cluster of venues, in regard to tournament safety requirements
Support Host Venues in developing tailored operational safety plans aligned with the overarching Safety and Security Concept, ensuring clarity in how each venue will deliver its responsibilities
Maintain regular communication with UEFA and other key stakeholders to deliver a coordinated approach to Safety planning, ensuring requirements are carried forward to the venues for consideration in the tournament planning
Oversee resource planning for stewarding and private security, including requirement analysis, budget updates, and the design of tournament-specific training programmes
Contribute to the monitoring and management of the wider stadium Safety and Security budget
