Job Description

A large provider for homelessness is looking to add Case Managers to their support services based team! If you are seeking the opportunity for internal growth in you social services career, this is for you! Schedule: Monday – Friday – 40 hours per week, 8:30a-4:30p or 9a-5p. As part of the Support Services Team, work with all aspects of the program, including outreach, community referrals, Rapid Resolution, intake and assessment, case management, rapid housing and housing stabilization. Develop relationships with landlords and property managers for permanent housing placement and retention.
