This role has been designed as ‘Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office. Job Responsibility:

  • provides direct and ongoing leadership for a large team, including managers and senior technologists designing, developing, and sustaining products, enhancements, and updates
  • oversees the delivery of multiple ongoing projects from conception to deployment
  • defines project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
  • coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project risks, and ensures successful project delivery while adhering to quality standards and stakeholder expectations
  • stays abreast of the latest cloud technologies, algorithms, and methodologies advancements
  • provides technical leadership and guidance to the team and promotes innovation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area of study with a typically of 10+ years’ experience including 5 or more years of people management experience, Advanced Degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) is strongly preferred
  • strong expertise in developing and implementing cloud solutions across various domains and industries
  • extensive experience managing and leading large teams, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work culture
  • proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities, formulate strategies, and execute projects effectively
  • excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Collaborate with the Tax Senior Manager and the outsourced provider in performing the group’s UK CFC review
  • Support the Tax Senior Manager and Director with the SAO review and controls
