This role has been designed as ‘Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office. Job Responsibility:

  • provides direct and ongoing leadership for a large team, including managers and senior technologists designing, developing, and sustaining products, enhancements, and updates
  • oversees the delivery of multiple ongoing projects from conception to deployment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area of study with a typically of 10+ years’ experience including 5 or more years of people management experience, Advanced Degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) is strongly preferred

  • extensive experience managing and leading large teams, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work culture
  • proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
