ASML supports the semiconductor industry's ongoing quest for producing faster, smarter and more energy efficient chips. We are a young, dynamic, international and highly skilled workforce. ASML creates the systems that the lithography industry needs to achieve its goals. This can only be accomplished with strong support from our suppliers. Are you energized by shaping supplier logistics performance end-to-end—from day-to-day material availability to multi-year capacity and resilience? Do you enjoy leading complex stakeholder environments, influencing senior supplier management, and driving structural improvements across a multi-tier supply chain? Then this Senior Logistics Supplier Manager (LSM) role might be the right next step.
Own and drive logistics performance (e.g., OTIF and related logistics KPIs), ensure data-driven problem solving, and steer structural improvements with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Establish a clear performance dialogue and follow-up rhythm (internal SAT cadence, supplier ORMs/ERMs), ensuring actions are defined, tracked and closed
Supply readiness & capability (mid/long term)
Assess and secure supplier move rate capability and flexibility (capacity, bottlenecks, constraints) across the relevant multi-tier supply chain
Own and drive cycle time optimization and lead-time reduction programs
ensure suppliers can absorb demand changes and ramp requirements
Engineer and optimize supply chain set-ups (replenishment strategies, decoupling buffers, planning/confirmation ways-of-working) in alignment with ASML processes
Supply chain risk mitigation (n-tier)
Proactively identify logistics risks and critical nodes across n-tier supply chains and drive mitigation plans with clear owners, timelines and effectiveness checks
Lead resolution of recurring supply issues by removing root causes and improving supplier logistics competences and governance
Escalation leadership
Lead supplier-related logistics escalations when needed, ensuring fast containment, cross-sector alignment, and prevention of recurrence
NPI / transfers / lifecycle management
Ensure early involvement in NPI to secure on-time capability building and readiness to release for volume (logistics maturity, planning alignment, lead times, buffer strategy)
Lead or contribute to supply chain reallocations/transfers and other high-impact improvement programs across sites, suppliers and sectors
Reuse & repair enablement (where applicable)
Drive supplier repair performance to meet agreed repair order lead times
secure capacity agreements for repair/harvesting according to return rates and full-tier supply chain needs
Represent ASML professionally towards supplier senior management and influence decisions that improve long-term resilience and performance

Proven experience in supplier management and driving performance improvements with external partners (including senior stakeholder management at supplier side)
Strong background in production supply chain processes (planning, order book management, delivery performance, lead-time/cycle-time improvement)
Demonstrated leadership in escalation management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment in a matrix organization
Solid project/program management experience
Lean / Six Sigma experience preferred (certification is a plus)
Experience with multi-tier (n-tier) supply chains and complex, constrained supply environments is strongly preferred
