Requirements

Operate metalworking machinery
Knowledge of general machining practices
Proficiency with general assembly and machinery hand tools, including hard grinders
Ability to use and read pi tapes and verniers for groove qualification
Ability to read company drawings and groove specifications
Willingness to learn different jobs and be cross-trained
Strong teamwork skills

Job Responsibility

Select proper components/raw materials
Complete production paperwork and ISO reads as required
Perform quality measurements and data recording
Roll groove stainless steel fittings (2” to 8”) to desired specifications
Package and label finished products according to work instructions/method sheets
Set up grooving machine for production runs
Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
