Sr. Systems Engineer

• Support Tomahawk Missile Systems (PMA-280)
• Support kit production and obsolescence redesign efforts
• Effectively communicate system design information to a large spectrum of engineering disciplines, as well as customers at all leadership levels
• Interfaces with system or program contractors, vendors, and Government representatives regarding the technical aspects of the programs/projects

• BS or MS in EE, ME or Computer Engineering or related scientific or technical from an accredited college/university
• 5 to 10 years working with DoD (NAVAIR preferred) and shows understanding of the SETR process
• Experience in system engineering and DoD acquisition on a DoD program
• System Engineering Technical Review (SETR) event coordination, preparation, & presentation
• Engineering Project Management including assignment delegation & monitoring, schedule creation and management, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) creation
• Requirements management, including capture, decomposition, & tracing
• Experience with risk management processes and procedures
• Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) administration, including drafting, processing, & updating, specific to missile systems preferred
• Change Request / Change Management (CR/CM) techniques & processes
• Technical expertise with system engineering, systems requirements analysis, interface support, system-level integration, test tool development, installation platform and integration testing
• Excellent organizational skills to keep a program’s system integration & testing efforts on track across multiple geographically separated locations
• This individual will be able to support a fast-paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills, be a self-starter, and be able to partner with lead engineer teammates to support all system engineering aspects of a program
• U.S. Citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility
• Must be able to obtain a Top-Secret clearance

Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) administration, including drafting, processing, & updating, specific to missile systems preferred
