Job Description:

An expert Salesforce Business Analyst with experience in different industry domains and who can work in different phases of the project including discovery, solution generation, design/architecture and the detailing of the overall process.

Requirements:

4-5 years of experience with Information Technology with experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
Experience in Healthcare domain and one project in Finance domain is a must
Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation and deployment
Experience in creating requirement specifications based on internal/external consulting, documenting and reviewing Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and /or Scrum development
Problem-solving and/or analytical thinking
Great skills with MS Suite, SQL, and Tableau
Experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Communities, etc.), as well as other solutions (Mulesoft, Adobe)
Strong Planning and Coordination skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have:

Experience with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, ETL
Salesforce cloud certification
